A good casting design means creating the simplest pattern that will produce the desired shape. This process requires expert knowledge of metals and casting methods to find the best value in a quality casting. In our pattern shop that we created with our knowledge of more than 50 years, pattern design, production, maintenance, repair, runner-feeder design and stocking are provided with the help of expert personnel. The Hexagon Romer Absolute Arm (2.5m, 6 axis) used in our facility is one of the portable high-tech measuring instruments that we prefer during this process.

In addition, pre-casting controls are carried out with Magmasoft casting simulation software for our patterns, which we manufacture with 3D data created with Siemens NX and Topsolid CAD-CAM software used in our company. Wooden, araldite and styrofoam patterns suitable for our capacity are made with our CNC routers.
